What is Computer :-

1. MS-PAINT

MS Paint is a simple graphics / drawing editor that is included in every version of Windows. MS Paint's drawing tools (such as brushes, erasers, pens and shape generators, etc.), make it easy to work in MS Paint. The first version of MS Paint was launched in November 1985 with windows 1.0. Microsoft Paint windows OS is the most basic computer graphic program that comes free with all the Windows versions. MS paint was earlier known as Paintbrush but today it is more known as MS Paint. Images created using MS Paint are saved in GIF, windows bitmap (.bmp extension), PNG, TIFF or JPEG file format.

When MS paint was created, you could only create black and white images using it, but now the user can draw a picture using the combination of many colors. Working with Ms Paint is very easy, it is available free with all versions of Windows, so it is very popular, especially in children. MS Paint allows users to do simple drawing / painting and some photo editing can also be done in MS Paint. Notepad is a normal and simple software. It is present in all versions of Microsoft windows. In this, you do simple work of writing, it is called simple text editor. It is written in plain text. You do not need to install it in the computer, it is already installed in your system automatically, you just have to use it. You can write anything in it, save your file. Can take a new page. Notepads have been used in Windows computers for many years (from Windows 1.0) till date. Even today, the use of notepad software can be seen in new Windows 10 computers. Notepad software is developed by Microsoft company. This is a basic text editor application, which can be easily used by any Windows computer user.

When do you Use it ?

In this simple text editor, you can write and save anything according to your need like: Suppose a friend of yours called you and he is telling you the address or something else, then you notepad Open it immediately and write it and save it so that it can be useful to you later.

What can work in Notepad ?

In this, you can write anything, that is, you can make notes, and save your file. You can also take a new file in it, and if you want to find a word in your file, then you can do it too, it has a very nice feature. This is system software, that is, it already exists in your computer. Its extension name is .Txt and its run command is Notepad.

This is a Text Editor. It is available in all versions of Microsoft Window. This is an Advance Version Software. It has more features than Notepad. It is also called Word Processing Application Software. Through this software, you can write text in your computer. And it is used to make a document. You can also use Wordpad from Microsoft's Windows Xp to Windows 10. And many types of formatting can be done in it. In which you can also give different colors to the text you have written. The font size of the words can also be changed. And you can also give Bullets in it. WordPad Software has a File Extension .Rtf. You do not need to install Wordpad on your computer to use it. It is already installed in the computer.WordPad is a text-editor, which is helpful in creating documents with little more than Notepad but less than MS Word. WordPad is included in every version of Windows. There are many types of formatting that can be done in a WordPad document.

What is MS Word Full information MS Word in Hindi, whose full name is 'Microsoft Word' and also known as 'Word', is a Word Processor. Which works to open, create, edit, format, share and print the document etc. MS Word is developed by Microsoft which is a part of Microsoft Office.MS Word is developed by Microsoft which is a part of Microsoft Office. MS Word has been ruling its territory since its first edition. This is how the window of MS Word 2007 looks like.

The window of MS Word is divided into several parts. Which are shown in the above picture with the name through a line. Let's know each part of the window of MS Word in order.

1. Office Button :- Office Button is a major part of MS Word. This button is in the menu bar. This button has many options for files or documents created in MS Word.

2. Quick Access Toolbar :- Quick Access Toolbar is a special part of MS Word. This toolbar is in the title bar. We use it as a shortcut. Most useful commands in this toolbar are ap and they are added to it. With the help of Quick Access Toolbar, tasks in MS Word can be done with little speed.

3. Title bar :- The title bar is the top of the MS Word window. The name of the file created in Word is shown on this bar. Until the file is not saved, the file name is not shown and "Document1" is written there. As soon as we save the file with a name, the file name is shown in place of "Document1".

There are three buttons in the right corner of the title bar. The first button in these three buttons is "Minimize", by clicking on it, the Open Program comes in the Task Bar. The second button is "Maximize or Restore down". This button works to increase or decrease the width of the window. And the third button is the "Close button" which acts to close the program.

4. Ribbon :- Ribbon is another part of the MS Word window. It is below the menu bar. The ribbon in the MS Word window shown in this text is ribbon. This section shows the options for MS Word tabs (which are in the options menu bar).

5. Menu bar :- The menu bar is below the title bar in MS Word. It can also be called a tab bar because they are now called tabs. The menu bar has many options and each has its own ribbon.

6. Ruler bar :- Ruler bar MS Word is on two sides. The first one is just above the text area and the second one is to the left of the text area. This shows us the page margin.


7. Status bar :- The status bar is just below the text area in MS Word. In this bar there is a tool called “Zoom Level” with which the page can be zoomed in and zoomed out. Apart from this, there are many tools in this bar like; Language, Word Count, Page Number etc.

8. Scroll bar :- Scroll bar In MS Word, there is a vertical bar on the right side which acts to move the page up and down.

9. Text Area :-Text Area is the most important part of MS Word. And this is the largest and central part of the MS Word window. Document text is written in this field.

WHAT IS MS-EXCEL 

MS Excel is a part of the MS Office. MS Excel was created by the Microsoft company, the first version of MS Excel was released for Mac OS in 1985. MS Excel is used for calculations. In the case of excel, by defaults are 3 worksheets, those sheets which contain small boxes, called cells, have some address of the cells which you get when you click on the cell. The cell is always identified from the address bar, the cell address like - A1, B1.

If seen in today's time, Excel is being used on every computer in the world. In today's time, every government of the world is doing related work in its work department through Excel. Today, Excel is being used extensively in every area of ​​calculus, as the largest calculation is easily completed in a matter of seconds, it does not take any time to work.

6. Name Box :- Name Box In MS Excel, there is a box in the bottom left corner of Ribbon. In this box, the name of the sheet cell is shown and we can also search for it by putting the name of the cell in it.

7. Formula bar :- Formula Bar is next to the Name Box in the bottom left corner of Ribbon in MS Excel. This time MS Excel Formulas is written.

8. Status Bar :- The status bar is just below the text area in MS Excel. This bar has a tool called "Zoom Level", with the help of which the sheet can be Zoomed in and Zoomed out. Apart from this, there are many tools in this bar, such as; Language, Word Count, Page Number etc.

MS PowerPoint, whose full name is 'Microsoft PowerPoint' and also known as 'PowerPoint', is a Presentation Program that provides information in Slides format with some multimedia features like Open, Create, Edit, with photo and voice Formatting, Presenting, Share and Print etc.

MS PowerPoint is developed by Microsoft, MS PowerPoint is a part of Microsoft Office. The MS PowerPoint 2007 window is shown below.
